Intens Fresh 2-30 is a Non-GMO bread improver used to make breads that are soft, moist and resilient. Bread stays fresh nearly 50% longer, with freshness enzymes that increase shelf life.

Usage rate: 0.125% - 0.25% on flour weight.

Easy Whole Wheat

A convenient 50/50 no-time base for whole wheat loaf bread and rolls. Add 50 lbs of mix, 75 lbs of water and 3 lbs of yeast to 50 lbs of whole wheat flour and mix to full development.
