LAS VEGAS, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Puratos U.S., a leading bakery and sweet goods ingredients supplier, showcased an impressive lineup of new product launches and earned multiple industry honors at IBIE 2025.
With solutions designed to solve real-world challenges like rising production costs, clean label reformulation and faster innovation cycles, Puratos positioned itself as a strategic partner to help bakers win the innovation race.
"We work closely with industrial bakers, foodservice operators, and retailers to help them stay ahead of trends—whether that's clean label, gut health, or just making great-tasting baked goods faster and more efficiently," said Andy Brimacombe. "At IBIE, we showcased scalable solutions to help customers succeed in a particularly dynamic time in the bakery industry."
Puratos received two Best in Baking Awards – for Sustainability and Workforce Development – building on the company's 2022 IBIE win for establishing the first U.S.-based Bakery School in Pennsauken, NJ.
At the center of Puratos' exhibit was its Industrial Pilot Bakery, developed with AMF Bakery Systems and featured in IBIE's Innovation Showcase. This cutting-edge facility enables industrial bakers to go from concept to commercialization without disrupting production – minimizing risk and reducing time to market. Complementing the Pilot Bakery was the Sensobus – a mobile sensory lab – stationed outside the convention center, where visitors could taste and test products, providing real-time consumer insights to ensure products are market ready.
Puratos also unveiled several groundbreaking solutions at IBIE:
"IBIE 2025 was more than a showcase – it was a celebration of what's possible when innovation is driven by purpose," added Brimacombe. "We're proud that our products and people were recognized with multiple awards, underscoring that Food Innovation for Good is not just our mission, but our practice. Our innovations are often a result of our partnerships with our customers, and we're excited to continue to push the envelope in the world of baking."
