Working Method

Nutty Vanilla Ganache
  • Bring the cream and half of the vanilla bean to a simmer, pour it over the chocolate & Linnola. 
  • Emulsify and add the butter.

Chocolate Shells
  • In a clean polycarbonate mold, pour a layer of tempered Venezuela 43% milk chocolate. 
  • Pipe vanilla ganache halfway in the mold. 
  • Add a dollop of Deli Dulce del Leche and a thin layer of Praslin. 
  • Seal the enclosure with more milk chocolate.
