Bundt Cake
Tegral Satin Creme Cake 1000g
Whole Eggs 350g
Oil 300g
Water 225g
Carat Decorcrem White 1000g
Fat Soluble Color A/N


Bundt Cake
  • Add the eggs, oil and water to the mixing bowl. Add then the Tegral Satin Crème Cake. 
  • Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrap the bowl and then mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Bake in desired mold at 350°F for 24-30 minutes depending size of mold.

  • Heat Decorcrem White to 120°F, add desired fat-soluble color and emulsify. 
  • Cover your Bundt cake with melted Decorcrem and decorate.
