Instructions

Chocolate Creme Cake Method
  • Mix eggs with cake mix for 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes medium speed. 
  • Add oil and water. Mix 1 minute low speed, scrape and mix for an additional 3 minutes on low speed. 
  • Deposit on a siltpat evenly. Freeze. 
  • Once frozen, apply the other cake on top peel off 1 of the siltpat. 
  • Bake 325°F for 18-20 minutes.

Creme Cake Method
  • Mix eggs with cake mix for 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes medium speed.
  • Add oil and water. Mix 1 minute low speed, scrape and mix for an additional 3 minutes on low speed. 
  • Deposit on a siltpat evenly. Freeze. 
  • Once frozen, apply the other cake on top peel off 1 of the siltpat. 
  • Bake 325°F for 18-20 minutes

Assembly Method
  • After cooling cut cake in half sheet tray. 
  • Apply 600 grams of Topfil Choice Guava. 
  • Apply the other half of cake on top.
  • Freeze and portion to desired shape/size.

Decoration Method
  • Heat Decorcrem to 120°F enrobe cakes toss in toasted coconut.
