Mix all the ingredients on low for 5 minutes and then mix on high for 2-3 min.
Chill the dough for one hour in the freezer.
Roll in Butter – 25-28% dough weight.
Do 3 single folds. Sheet and shape into squares.
Fold the four corners into the center.
Proof them upside down on greesed parchment paper. Flip the prood danish.
Spray with Sunset Glaze. Press the center down and fill with Topfil Plus Apple Slice.
Bake at 370°F for 15-20 minutes.
