Topfil Plus Apple Danish


  • Mix all the ingredients on low for 5 minutes and then mix on high for 2-3 min. 
  • Chill the dough for one hour in the freezer. 
  • Roll in Butter – 25-28% dough weight.
  • Do 3 single folds. Sheet and shape into squares. 
  • Fold the four corners into the center. 
  • Proof them upside down on greesed parchment paper. Flip the prood danish. 
  • Spray with Sunset Glaze. Press the center down and fill with Topfil Plus Apple Slice. 
  • Bake at 370°F for 15-20 minutes.
