Can’t Believe it’s Plant-based Blueberry Muffin


Muffin Method
  • Mix all the ingredients except the blueberries on low for 1 minutes, and then on medium for 2 minutes.
  • Fold in the frozen blueberries. 
  • Scoop in muffin tims. 
  • Top with crumb topping. 
  • Bake at 350°F in the rack oven for 15-18 minutes. 

Crumb Method
  • Mix together until it forms a dough. 
  • Press it through a cooling screen. 
  • Freeze until you need it.
