Sunset Panna Cotta


Guava Panna Cotta Method
  • Heat coconut milk with sugar and vanilla. 
  • Take off heat, add bloomed gelatin. 
  • Whisk in Topfil Guava Panna Cotta. 
  • Strain and deposit into parfait cups. 
  • Allow to set overnight in cooler.

Orange Gelee
  • Heat sugar and water to 120°F. 
  • Add bloomed gelatin. 
  • Whisk in Orange juice. 
  • Top Coconut Panna Cotta. 
  • Cool to set.
