Strawberry Pearl Mousse Tart

Working Method

  • Whip One Step Neutral/Vanilla Mousse, cold water and Strawberry Classic on low speed for one minute. 
  • Scrape and increase on high speed 2-3 minutes until you obtain a firm peak. 
  • Gently fold in the Strawberry Smoobees. 
  • Fill the tart mold lined with a graham cracker crust until the edge with the strawberry mousse.

  • Whip Ambiante with the vanilla extract until you obtain a firm peak. 
  • Pipe the whipped vanilla cream on top of the strawberry mousse and sprinkle with Strawberry Smoobees.
