Raspberry Filled Log Cake

Instructions

Cake Batter Method
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute, scrape and then 3 minutes on medium. 
  • Pipe 525g per pan. Fill the pan with the tube in the pan. 
  • Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.

Decoration Method
  • Once the cake comes out of the oven unmold it. let it cool with the rod in the cake. 
  • Fill the cake with Vivafil Raspberry. 
  • Enrobe the cake in Decorcrem White heated to 115-120°F. 
  • Hand blend in some Raspberry powder. 
  • Garnish as desired.
