Raspberry Crumb Bars


Crust Method
  • Mix the Tegral Satin CL Plant-Based Cake Mix with the margarine and water on low speed till it forms a dough. 
  • Sheet to 4 mm thick. Put in desired mold and par bake the dough for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Spread Vivafil Raspberry filling on the par baked crust – 1400g per half sheet tray. 
  • Sprinkle the Vivafil Raspberry with the crumb topping. 
  • Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes or until the crumb topping is golden brown.

Crumb Topping Method
  • Mix Tegral Satin CL Plant-Based Cake Mix and margarine together until a dough forms. 
  • Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray. 
  • Freeze until needed.
