Combine the cookie mix, flour, soft butter and eggs until a smooth dough is formed.
Laminate to 4mm. Cut into 2 ½ “ disks, about 20g each.
Pipe 15g Vivafil Raspberry on half of the disks.
Place another disk on top.
Spray with Sunset Glaze and sprinkle with crystal sugar.
Bake at 325°F in a rack oven for 9 minutes.
