Plant-Based Pistachio Strawberry Brownie

Plant-Based Strawberry Brownie Method
  • Combine Tegral Plant Based Brownie mix with AP flour and ground pistachios. 
  • Add oil, hat water and Classic Strawberry. 
  • Mix for one minute on low speed, scrape the bowl and paddle, mix for one more minute on low speed. 
  • Deposit into 1/4 sheet tray. 
  • Bake at 340°F in a rack oven at fan control #2 for 25-30 minutes

Decoration Method
  • Freeze brownies, divide into 18 portions 3.25"X1.25".
  • Dip in tempered Chocolanté Plant Forward Cacao-Trace 60%. 
  • Pipe a thin layer of Vivafil Strawberry on top. 
  • Top with dried strawberries and pistachios.
