Slowly add soy milk and vanilla.
Mix till dough forms 1-2 minutes.
In seperate mixer with paddle attachment break down chocolate for 5-8 minutes - or chop/crush to desired size.
Add chocolate and walnuts mix an additional 1-2 minutes.
Portion to desired size - for best results freeze, then bake frozen pucks.
Bake 350°F for 14-18 minutes, depending on size.
