Plant-Based Brownie Bite

Brownie Method
  • Pour the oil and water in the mixing bowl. 
  • Then add the Brownie mix on top along with the flour. 
  • Mix for 1 minutes on low. Scrape the bowl. 
  • Then add the Belcolade Vegan Chocolate and mix until combined. 
  • Scoop 35g in each browine bite mold. 
  • Bake at 325°F in the convection oven for 15-18 minutes. Let cool. 
  • Freeze for about an hour and then unmold the brownie bites. 
  • Drizzle them with Coverlux Plant Forward Dark heated to 115-120°F.
