Working Method

Plant Based Whipped Oatmeal Apple Caramel
  • Combine first amount of Oatmilk with the sugar and cook to 355°F. 
  • Meanwhile, combine the agar agar with apple cider and set aside. 
  • Combine remaining oatmilk with salt, apple pie spice and vanilla extract. 
  • When sugar mixture reaches temp, add the seasoned oatmilk to stop the cooking. 
  • Add the cider mixture and bring back to a boil. 
  • Pour into a shallow pan and let set. 
  • Once cool, blend to a smooth gel in a blender. 
  • Whip the Ambiante and fold in the apple oatmeal caramel gel.

Plant Based Crumble
  • Combine till crumbly texture. 
  • Bake at 325°F for 12-18 minutes or until lightly colored. 
  • Set aside to cool.

Apple Pie Filling
  • Deposit 70g Topfil Origins Washington Apple into jars. 
  • Top with 25g of the Whipped Oatmeal Apple Caramel. 
  • Top with 8g of the Crumble.
