Instructions

Layer Cake Method
  • Mix the Layer cake with the first water on low for 1 minute then medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the second water and oil and mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the last water mix on low for 1 minute, scrape and mix on low for 2 minutes. Spread in sheets.
  • Bake at 360° for 10-12 minutes.

Lemon Mousse
  • Whip the One-step Mousse, Lemon and water on low for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl. Mix on high for 3 minutes. Pipe in your verrine.  
  • 30g Deli Lemon Curd Cake Cubes pipe more Deli Lemon Curd in the center of the cake cubes. 
  • Top with Lemon Mousse
