Lemon Meringue Donut


Donut Method
  • Mix everything on low for 1 minute and then on Medium for 2 minutes. 
  • Let rest for 10-15 minute. 
  • 60 seconds per side – oil fat at 375⁰F

Meringue Method
  • Cook the sugar and the water to 240⁰F. 
  • Pour in the medium peek egg whites. Whip to cool.

Assembly Method
  • Pipe on the donuts and torch them. 
  • Pipe on some Deli Citron.
