Kitchen Sink Brownies

Working Method
  • Combine brownie mix, hot water and oil on low speed for two minutes, scraping the bowl and paddle midway through mixing. 
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix for 1 minute. 
  • Deposit into half sheet tray and bake at 355 for 25 minutes. 
  • Melt ganache to 100°.

  • Spread ganache over the brownies and top with desired toppings such as; chocolate covered pretzels, M&Ms, sprinkles, coconut, chocolate chips, etc. 
  • Cut into 36 portions.
