Creme Cake
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 2 minute, scrape and then mix on medium for 3 minutes. 
  • Pipe batter in cupcake molds. 
  • Bake at 375°F in the reel oven or 350°F in the Deck oven. 
  • Once the cake is cooled freeze before unmolding. 

  • Pipe Topfil Plus Cherry inside the cupcake. 
  • Top with Carat Decorcrem. 
  • Garnish as desired.
