Blueberry Duffin


Working Method
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute except the blueberries.
  • Scapre the bowl and mix on medium for 3 mintues. Mix in blueberries. 
  • Pipe in donut shape mold. 
  • Bake at 350°F for 12-18 minutes. 
  • Let cool and then freeze. 
  • Unmold the frozen cake. 
  • Dip in blueberry colored Decorcrem White, heated to 115-120°F.
  • Garnish with dried blueberries, Silky Smooth Vanilla and garnishes.
