Instructions

Finger Cookie Dough Method
  • Combine cookie base and flour in a bowl. 
  • Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly. 
  • Add the eggs and mix until a dough forms. 
  • Laminate to 3mm and place on a half sheet tray with a frame extender.

Dulce de Leche Filling Method
  • Mix to combine, then spread over the cookie sheet.

Coconut Macaroon Method
  • Mix first three ingredients until just combined. 
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix until combined. 
  • Spread over the Dulce de Leche layer.

Assembly Method
  • Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until baked through. 
  • Freeze, cut into 1.5"X3.5" rectangles. 
  • Enrobe in tempered Belcolade Selection Noir CT.
