Chocolate Orange Pound Cake

Working Method
  • Mix everything except the chips on low for 2 minutes
  • Scrape the bowl and mix for 3 minutes on medium speed
  • Mix in the chip just until combined
  • Large Loaf Cake – 350g 
  • Small Loaf Cake – 200g 
  • Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes or until set 
  • Cover the top of the pound cake in Decorcrem Dark heated between 115-120F. Let set at room temperature.
