Chocolate Dot Cookie

Tegral CL Wholegrain A/P Cookie 100g
Butter (softened) 300g
Liquid Whole Eggs 110g
Cremfil Ultim Dark Belgian Chocolate

  • Mix the butter, liquid whole eggs, and Easy AP CL WG Cookie mix together for 1 minute on low speed. 
  • Check dough and if lumps of fat are still present; mix for one more minute on low speed.

  • Scoop using a number 16 scoop (do not push cookie down). 
  • Make an indentation in the center of the cookie. 
  • Pipe in Cremfil Ultim Dark Chocolate to fill. 
  • Bake cookies for 14-16 minutes in a 330°F rack or convection oven.

Tips and Tricks

Once cooled, freeze cookies and half dip in Carat Coverlux Dark SH.
