Tegral Satin Cacao-Trace Clean Label Vegan Chocolate Cake Mix 1000g
Water 470g
Oil 220g
Toasted Walnuts 350g
Carat Decorcrem Dark A.N.


Bundt Cake
  • Mix the Tegral Satin CT CL Choc. Vegan Cake Mix, oil and water for 2 minute on low. 
  • Scrape the bowl. 
  • Mix for 3 minutes on Medium. 
  • Add the toasted walnuts and mix till combined. 
  • Bake in loaf pans (450g) at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. 
  • Let the cake is cool. 
  • Heat the Decorcrem Dark between 115-120°F. 
  • Enrobe the entire loaf cake. 
  • Let set at room tempurature. 
  • Garnish as desired.
