Chocolate Almond Christmas Tree

Method
  • Bring water and sugar to a boil and stir in the almond sticks. 
  • Caramelize the almonds in the oven at 350 °F, stir occasionally. 
  • Cool down the caramelized almond and stir in the tempered chocolate.

Build Up
  • Spread on a parchment paper using a spoon and give a star shape, you need 5 stars starting from the larger to the smaller. 
  • Assemble together starting with the larger star and stick together with tempered chocolate. 
  • Decorate with dried apricot and dried cranberries.
