Cherry Cookie Cup

Cookie dough
Tegral CL Wholegrain A/P Cookie 1000g
Butter 450g
Pastry flour 400g
Whole eggs 220g
Crumb topping
Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake 500g
Soft Butter 230g


Cookie Dough method
  • Mix all ingredients on low for 1 minute, scrape and then mix on low for one more minute.
  • Scoop your dough in your desired mold. Push down the center. 
  • Fill with Topfil Origins Michigan Cherry. Bake at 350g for 12-15 minutes.

Crumb Topping
  • Cream together the Crème Cake and soft Butter.
  • Then press it through a glazing screen. 
  • Freeze it till you are ready to use it on your cookie cup.
