Caramel Milk Bark


Milk Chocolate Method
  • Temper the chocolate and spread it out on a baking paper in a 3mm thick frame. 
  • Remove the frame immediately and put the chocolate bark on a plastic corrugated sheet.

  • Immediately decorate the bark with these decorations and leave the chocolate to crystalize. 
  • Remove the paper underneath and pack the bark to avoid humidity absorption by the caramel.
