Caramel Apple Tart


Tart Dough Method
  • Cream the butter, sugar, and salt. 
  • Add the eggs. 
  • Add the flour and the almond powder. 
  • Roll down the 3mm. 
  • Shape and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Crème Cake Method
  • Combine mix and whole eggs, mix 1 minute low 3 minutes medium. 
  • Add water and oil mix for 1 minute low scrape bowl. 
  • Mix 3 more minutes, low speed. 
  • Deposit into par baked tart shell.

Crumble Method
  • Mix all ingredients till crumble stage pass through screen for more consistent crumble. 
  • Crumble on top of fruit filling.

Assembly method
  • Deposit Deli Dulce de Leche on top of creme cake inside tart. 
  • Add Topfil Origins Washington Apple. 
  • Add crumble on top. 
  • Bake 365°F for 16-18 minutes.
