Cake Batter
  • In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, combine eggs, water, brown butter and Tegral Satin Whole Grain Clean Label Creme Cake mix and blend for 1 minute on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed.

Assembly
  • In a popsicle mold, pipe 10g cake batter. 
  • Insert wooden stick. 
  • Pipe 5g Vivafil Apple Pipe 15g more batter. 
  • Bake at 365°F for 22 minutes.

Brown Butter
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook butter until the milk solids settle to the bottom of the pan and start to toast. 
  • The butter should be very aromatic and nutty smelling with a brown hue from the toasted milk solids.
