Cake Pops


Cake Batter Method
  • Put whole eggs in a mixing bowl. Add Tegral Satin Supreme Chocolate Crème Cake and mix 1 minute on low and 3 minutes on medium speed with paddle. 
  • Add the oil and the water and mix for 1 minute at low speed. Scrape down the bowl and the paddle. 
  • Mix 3 minutes on low speed. 
  • At the end of mixing time add 180g of Chocolanté Dark Shavings. 
  • Pipe the cake batter into mini cup cake pans. 
  • Bake at 340°F in a convection oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. 
  • Let cool and remove from pan.

  • Chill in the freezer. 
  • Attach a pop stick to each individual cake using the melted Carat Coverlux Dark. 
  • Place back in the freezer. 
  • Dip cake pops in the melted Carat Coverlux Dark. 
  • Decorate with your choice of toppings. Options include: toasted chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder or stripes of Carat Coverlux White.
