Cafe Con Leche Steam Donut

Working method
  • Add the water, oil and Classic Coffee to the mixing bowl and add the Tegral Steam Cake Donut on top
  • Mix on low for 1 minute. Then mix on medium for 2 minutes. Let the batter set for 5 minutes
  • Deposit the batter into the pans. - 55-60g 
  • Steam the donuts for 5 minutes minutes
  • Dip in Decorcrem Milk heated to 115-120⁰F
  • Decorate with Decorcrem White heated just soft enough to decorate
