Method

Brownie Mix

Mix on low for one minute.
Scrape the bowl.
Mix on low for one more minute.
Use scoop #50 for the brownie bites flexipan molds.
Bake in a deck oven at 350°F approx. 25 min.

Assembly

Once the brownie bite are cool and unmolded place them on a cooling wrack.
Heat the Decorcrem Dark to 115-120°F.
Enrobe the brownie bites.
Place them on a clean sheet tray to set at room temperature.
