Mix equal amounts of brownie batter and Belcolade Ganache together.
Cut the cookie dough with an eight inch cake ring. Pipe 125g of praline on the cookie. Next pipe 170g of Brownie ganache mixture on top of thepraline. Finally place the second cookie dough on top. Be careful as you seal the side that the batter does not leak out.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until set.
