Apple Filled Donut Hole


  • Mix the water, yeast, and mix together for 1 minute on low and 10-12 minutes on medium speed. 
  • Allow to rest for 45-60 minutes. 
  • Block dough and allow to rest for 10 minutes. 
  • Sheet to 3mm. 
  • Pipe Vivafil Apple at desired interval on dough. 
  • Spray dough with water. 
  • Top with another sheet of dough. 
  • Seal doughs together. 
  • Use a round cutter to cut around filling pockets. 
  • Proof at 100°F and 50% humidity for 30-45 minutes. 
  • Fry at 375°F and toss in cinnamon sugar.
