Amber Walnut Scone

Assembly method
  • Mix water and dry materials together for 2-3 minutes on low making sure to scrap down the bowl as needed. 
  • Add the chopped Amber chocolate and toasted chopped walnuts and mix on low for 1 minute.
  • Rest covered for 20 minutes. 
  • Roll dough down to desired thickness and cut into desired shape. Brush with Sunset Glaze. 
  • Top with sanding sugar if desired. Rest 20 minutes

Decoration Method
  • Bake 204°C for 13 minutes.
