• Mix the Tegral WG AP CL cookie base with soft butter, molasses and eggs for 2 minutes on low speed.
• Scrape bowl and mix for one more minute on low speed.
• Add all of the inclusions and mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
• Using the #30 scoop, portion onto sheet pans.
• Bake at 325°F in a rack oven for 12-14 minutes.
• Once cool, dip the bottom half of the cookie in Belcolade Amber and drizzle more Belcolade Amber on the top.
