Harmony Ready Briant is the best solution when you need to efficiently glaze entire trays of products and give a subtle apricot taste & enhance the color of yellow, orange fruits. It is specifically designed for spray machines. Offering a consistent attractive shine, it helps to preserve the freshness of fruits and pastry. Ensures a clean cut.

Ready-to-use. Do not add water. Preheat the spray machine to 80-90 °C. Spray on the confectionery at a distance of 5 to 10 cm from the products to be glazed while keeping the nozzle vertical.
