Usage: Dilute to two parts of glaze with one part water. Heat to 194°F (90°C) and brush onto fruit or pastry items.
Corn syrup, water, sugar, apricot concentrate, Contains 2% or less of the following: pectin, citric acid,potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial flavor, xanthan gum, sodium citrate, locust bean gum, paprika(color).
