The Quest for Sourdough is all about keeping the sourdough story alive for future generations. After all, sourdough has been around for thousands of years, and everyone has their own way of doing it.
And now, it’s your turn!
In order to keep the tradition alive and inspire the next generation of bakers, food scientists, and food engineers, Puratos USA invites teens (ages 14+) to join us for our virtual Quest for Sourdough Summer Workshop!
In this 5-session program, join Puratos experts to learn all about the science of sourdough before creating your very own uniquely delicious sourdough loaf!
Please note:
- This camp will be conducted using Zoom. Participants must have access to a computer or tablet device to participate.
- As part of the camp, if you register by 6/25, you will receive:
- A Sourdough Starter Kit containing: a mason jar, a bag of flour, a measuring cup, a banneton, a kitchen towel & a Puratos bowl scraper.
- Flavor Mill Loaf - Once you receive your kit, the bread must be kept in the freezer until the session on 7/24.
