Rice Crispy 25g
Craisins 40g
Candied Ginger - Chopped 15g

Instructions

Method
  • Heat the Coverlux Dark to 115-120°F. 
  • Mix in the Rice Crispy. 
  • Pour it into your desired mold. 
  • Top with the Crasins and chopped Candy Ginger. 
  • Shock Cool in the freezer till set.
