Method
  • Temper the Amber, using a hand blender, blend in the Black Sesame Powder.
  • Deposit 100g per mold.
  • Sprinkle each bar with 2 g Black Sesame Seeds and 3g diced candied ginger.
  • Leave to crystalize for 18hrs.
  • Unmold and package the bars as desired.
