To keep track of the ever-changing consumer trends, Puratos is conducting consumer surveys around the world as countries emerge from lockdown. We explored various topics including bakery product consumption frequency, product packaging, health and hygiene, and home baking.

We found that consumers in the USA are adapting differently than other global consumers to the post-COVID world.
