Vegan Apple Almond Cake

Vegan Cake
  • Mix the cake mix, the oil and the water on low speed for 2 minutes. Scrape the mixing bowl and the paddle. Increase to medium speed and mix for three more minutes. 
  • Deposit 450g into 8” Square disposable pans. 
  • Pipe 35g Vivafil in lines across the top. 
  • Pipe 100g Topfil in dollops across the top. 
  • Bake at 365°F until baked through, about 30 minutes. 
  • Glaze with Harmony Sublimo when cool. 
  • Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
