Powder Sugar 90g
Salt 1g
Eggs 65g
Almond Powder 20g
Pastry Flour 270g


  • Tart Dough
  • Cremfil Chocolate Bavarian Creme (40 grams)
  • Belcolade NH Ganache (30 grams)
  • Fresh Raspberries


Short Dough/Tart Dough
  • Cream the butter, sugar and salt 
  • Add the eggs 
  • Add the flour and the almond powder 
  • Roll down to 3mn 
  • Shape and Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes

  • Fill tart with 40g of Cremfil Chocolate Bavarian Creme 
  • Add 30g of Belcolade NH Ganache 
  • Finish with Fresh Raspberries
