Water 225g
Oil 300g
Eggs 350g
Streusel (optional)
Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake 100%
Water 25%

Vivafil Raspberry A.N.

Method

Cake Batter
  • Mix all Ingredients on low for 2 minutes, scrape and then mix on medium for 3 minutes. 
  • In a lightly sprayed loaf pan put 300g of batter. 
  • Add Vivafil Raspberry, and add 200g more batter on top. 
  • Swirl the filling in with the cake batter. 
  • Bake at 350°F till the cupcake is set. 
  • Optional – you can top it with crumb topping before baking.

Streusel
  • Mix Tegral Satin CL Creme Cake and butter together until a dough forms. 
  • Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray. 
  • Freeze until needed.
