Plant-Based Chocolate Bomb

Composition:

  1. Plant Based Chocolate Cake
  2. Plant Based Chocolate Pudding
  3. Plant Based Chocolate Orange Mousse
  4. Chocolate Velvet Spray
Plant Based Chocolate Cake Method
  • Combine ingredients and mix on low speed for 2 minutes. 
  • Scrape the bowl and mix for another minute. 
  • Spread onto a half sheet tray and bake at 365°F until baked through.

Plant Based Chocolate Pudding
  • Combine fist six ingredients, bring to a boil while stirring constantly. 
  • Boil for 15 seconds, remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. 
  • Refrigerate until cool.

Plant Based Chocolate Orange Mousse
  • Heat the oat milk and Classic Orange to a boil. 
  • Pour over the chocolate and mix to emulsify. 
  • When mixture reaches 90°F, fold in the soft whipped Ambiante.

Chocolate Velvet Spray Method
  • Melt to 114°F.

Assembly Method
  • Cut disks of cake and pipe some pudding on top. 
  • Reserve in the freezer. 
  • Deposit mousse into dome shaped molds, insert frozen pudding cake.
  • Freeze. 
  • Remove from molds and spray with Chocolate Velvet Spray.
