Instructions

Plant-Based Cake Method
  • In mixer with paddle mix water, oil, with cake mix on low speed for 2 minutes, scrape the bowl and paddle then mix for 3 more minutes medium speed. 
  • Deposit on a silpat to 7mm freeze.

Chocolate Plant-Based Cake Method
  • In mixer with paddle mix water, oil, with cake mix on low speed for 2 minutes, scrape the bowl and paddle then mix for 3 more minutes medium speed. 
  • Deposit on a silpat to 7mm freeze.

Almond Blueberry Filling Method
  • Mix both ingredients together till smooth, set aside and use for filling of cake.

Chia Chocolate Coating Method
  • Heat chocolate and cocoa butter to 45°C. 
  • Add oil and chia seeds. 
  • Apply at 38-40°C.

Assembly Method
  • Once both cakes are frozen separately apply them together, remove one of the silpat. 
  • Bake 165°C for 18-20 minutes. 
  • Allow to cool cut in half and apply filling to one side put the other side of the cake on top. 
  • Freeze. 
  • Portion to desired size and enrobe or dip in chocolate coating.
