Plant Based Cajeta Pineapple Brownie Crisp

Composition 

  1. Brownie 
  2. Crumble 
  3. Filling
Brownie Method
  • Mix flour, coconut, and brownie mix on low speed for 3 minutes 
  • Add hot water and oil slowly mix on low speed for 1 minute 
  • Scrape bowl and mix 1 more minute on low speed 
  • Deposit into a 1/2 sheet tray with extension

Crumble Method
  • Mix margarine, flour, and cake mix till crumble stage 
  • Pass through screen for uniform shape 
  • Freeze till ready to use

Assembly
  • Once brownie is deposited Pipe Cajeta filling evenly in strips/lines 
  • Evenly spread Pineapple filling over Cajeta till smooth 
  • Add crumble on top bake at 340°F 28-32 minutes 
  • Once baked and cooled freeze and cut to desired shape 
  • Decorate with Ambiante and chocolate decoration
