Method

Brownie
  • Mix the brownie mix and 1st water for 1 minute on low and then add 2nd water and scrape. Mix for an additional minute on low.
  • Portion into a half sheet pan and bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes. 

Assembly
  • Once cool melt Belcolade Ganache NH to 115°F and pour over the sheet. 
  • Spread in a thin layer. 
  • Freeze. 
  • Cut the brownie sheet with the desired cookie cutter and then enrobe in Carat Decorcrem Dark SH
  • Decorate with Halloween Sprinkles. Picture is shown with Ghost Party Graffiti Mix.
